Description

Passeig de Riells is dedicated to the figure of the Little Prince character, from the novel by French writer Saint-Exupéry: The Little Prince. Sat on a stone wall, he gazes motionlessly at every Costa Brava sunrise and allows children and adults to photograph him. He is not the only character from the novel who has decided to stay in this beautiful town forever: a few metres away, by the same beach, on Plaça de l’Univers steps, the fox seems to be watching something on the horizon and palm trees drawing the constellations of the East. At the other end of the promenade, we find a rose on the ground, an exotic tree, some volcanic rocks all of those elements to remind us of the magic in Saint-Exupéry's work.
