Les Corts farmhouses consist of
Molí de Sant Vicenç (18th Cent.) and the fortified farmhouses Mas Feliu (Can Baix) and Mas Torreportes (Can Noguera), both with circular defence towers. Beside the Mill, there are the remains of Sant Vicenç Romanesque church, where the main road, the Camí d’Empúries, passed. Regarding Santa Magdalena’s church (6th-10th Cents.), we can see it is preRomanesque, very similar to that of Santa Creu de Rodes (both formerly belonged to the Bishop of Empúries). Standing by Mas Sastruc, we can enjoy a spectacular view of the Empordà coastal plain and the Pyrenees in the distance. One part of this route runs along Passeig d’Empúries (Empúries Promenade), which was inaugurated in 1992 as part of the Barcelona '92 Olympic Games, to welcome the arrival of the Olympic flame.
